Dolphins wide receiver Tyreek Hill slammed Patriots fans after Miami beat New England on Sunday, 24-17, at Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, Mass.
Following the game, Hill was spotted waving goodbye to Patriots fans as they made their way out of the stadium.
When asked later in the locker room about how it felt to troll Patriots fans, Hill didn’t hold back.
“It felt tremendous, man,” Hill said, according to ESPN. “Those fans are some of the worst fans in the NFL. And I’m going to stand on that; they are real nasty. Some of the things they were saying, I wouldn’t say in church. So yeah, it felt great to wave goodbye to the fans, and I’ll do it again. Bye.”
This wasn’t the first time Hill, 29, had issues with Patriots fans.
In 2018, a man at Gillette Stadium was charged with disorderly conduct for dousing Hill with a beer following a touchdown reception while he played for the Kansas City Chiefs.
Hill, a four-time All-Pro, is in his second season with the Dolphins.
He went off for a career-high 1,710 receiving yards last year as he, Jaylen Waddle and Tua Tagovailoa carved up NFL secondaries.
Hill said he thinks he can hit 2,000 receiving yards this season.
On Sunday, he pulled down five receptions for 40 yards and one touchdown with the Patriots focusing their defense on the speedster.
That came one week after Hill torched the Chargers for 215 yards and two scores.
As a result, Hill, a seven-time Pro Bowl selection, is on pace for 2,165 receiving yards this season.
Former Lions receiver Calvin Johnson holds the record with 1,964 in 2012.
The Lions Hall of Famer did that when the NFL regular-season schedule was 16 games.
Hill, if he stays healthy, could benefit from a 17th game in his quest for 2,000 yards.
