Brie Larson leaves her Captain Marvel boots behind and suits up as a 1950s scientist/forced homemaker in Lessons in Chemistry, Apple TV+s refreshing and inviting outing about a woman putting a positive spin on life challenges in a patriarchal world. It marks another fine turn for the streamer, which just launched season three of The Morning Show and the well-received comedy Still Up. Larson has been busy behind the camera in this eight-episode limited series, too. The 2016 Oscar winner for Room is on board as executive producer here, once again showing her range of talent.
