Whoopi Goldberg talks ins and outs of pool sex on ‘The View’

Not a fan of getting wet?

Whoopi Goldberg, 67, regrettably spoke about having sex in a pool Wednesday on “The View” — claiming the act is not all it’s splashed up to be.

Her remarks came as panelists Joy Behar, 80, Sunny Hostin, 54, Alyssa Farah Griffin, 34, and Sara Haines, 45, discussed an article in the Wall Street Journal that detailed why having sex on vacation isn’t always so much fun.

Behar mentioned she is a big fan of sex on the beach cocktails on getaways, while Goldberg noted she isn’t into the actual deed.

“You know, sex on the beach is overrated,” Goldberg said. “Because, you know, if you tried to have sex in the pool, you know that’s not easy. Because you’re trying to go up the hill and you’re getting resistance from the water that is within. Because when you’re in the pool you’re surrounded in the water. Have you ever tried to put anything …”

Griffin then joked that their producer, Brian Teta, was going to send them “to commercial.”

“Oh, you’re trying to move me on now, right?” Goldberg jokingly shot back, as the camera panned to an embarrassed-looking Teta with his face buried in his hands.

“You told me, ‘Get engaged in the conversation,’ then I started getting engaged, and you wanted me to stop talking!” she continued.

The Post reached out to Goldberg’s representatives for comment. The pool could not be reached for comment.

It’s unclear who exactly Goldberg is denying pool sex, as her relationship status is under wraps.

The “Sister Act” star has been married three times — her first husband was drug counselor Alvin Martin, from 1973 to 1979.

In 1986, she married Dutch cinematographer David Claessen. They divorced in 1988.

Her last union was to Lyle Trachtenberg for one year, from 1994 to 1995.

Wednesday was not the first time things got juicy on “The View.”

In October 2022, Behar revealed that she has “had sex with a few ghosts” in her time.

The topic arose during a discussion about a Texas woman’s claims that her house is haunted by “sexual” spirits.

“If you have sex with a ghost, can you get pregnant?” Haines wondered.

“I’ve had sex with a few ghosts and never got pregnant,” Behar responded, which prompted some laughs from the stunned audience.

Goldberg also seemed shocked by her co-host’s confession.

“I don’t know how many of you just heard what Joy just said, but I’m going to let it ride,” Goldberg joked.
