Olivia Dunne revealed in a recent TikTok her non-negotiable ask when it comes to a potential suitor — and it may not be quite what you would think.
“When he’s an LSU gymnastics fan,” Dunne wrote on her TikTok posted Thursday.
Dunne, a senior all-around gymnast for the Tigers, no doubt has plenty of admirers as the most followed college athlete, collecting more than 13 million followers across all platforms.
The video shared with her 7.8 million TikTok followers captured Dunne falling in slow motion face down onto a bed, giddy as she mimicked passing out in an oversized gray sweatshirt and dark shorts.
“Bonus points if he comes to our meets,” she captioned the post.
Fans may now be on the lookout for Paul Skenes at upcoming LSU meets.
The No. 1 overall pick in the 2023 MLB Draft by the Pittsburgh Pirates is also Dunne’s boyfriend, a revelation the couple went public with after she attended one of his rookie league games in Florida.
The couple met at LSU.
Skenes revealed to The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette it can sometimes be difficult being in the campus power couple with one of the most recognizable — and highest-earning — college athletes.
“It can be a pain in the butt sometimes, to be honest, in terms of actually going somewhere,” Skenes admitted. “If one of us went out in Baton Rouge [La.] by ourselves, there’s probably gonna be someone there asking for something — picture, autograph, whatever.”
With Skenes’ rising baseball stardom and Dunne’s millions of loyal followers and $3.5 million NIL valuation, the two share an understanding about the spotlight.
Not only does Dunne want a partner to cheer her team on, but Skenes says he would love to see his beau at his games.
“I do wish she could come to a baseball game and just enjoy it,” Skenes said.
Time will tell if Skenes can do the same for Dunne — and fulfill one of his partner duties.
