Comedian Bert Kreischer stops woman protestor at Netflix Cup in Vegas

Bert Kreischer is apparently a man of many talents.

As the beginning of the Netflix Cup in Las Vegas went on-air on Tuesday, the comedian could be seen making a beeline to stop a woman who was protesting from interrupting the event.

The protestor appeared to hold a sign urging Formula One to cut ties with the Iditarod dog-sled race.

As the 51-year-old Kreischer grabbed the woman, she was screaming about “more than 150 dogs” and the cameras quickly cut away before viewers could see the resolution.

Netflix has aired reality series — “Drive to Survive” and “Full Swing” — featuring competitors from both sports.

Tuesday features a golf portion of the Netflix Cup.

“The game will be played in a scramble format, where each player on each team hits a tee shot at the same time,” said an explainer on Netflix’s website.

“Then, teams strategize to select the best ball for their next shot.”

The event features pairings such as golfer Collin Morikawa and Pierre Gasly, Justin Thomas and Carlos Sainz, Max Homa and Alex Albon, and Rickie Fowler and Lando Norris.

Kreischer is serving as the equivalent of a sideline reporter at the event.

Other commentators for the event include Kay Adams and Marshawn Lynch.
