Would Julia Roberts do a ‘My Best Friend’s Wedding’ sequel?

Julia Roberts cemented herself as the rom-com queen of the ’90s with hits such as “Pretty Woman” and “Runaway Bride.”

The Oscar winner, 56, further elevated her career with the 1997 flick “My Best Friend’s Wedding” — a feature that she said she would be more than happy to do a sequel for.

Roberts made the admission on Thursday’s episode of “Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen.”

“That’s a really good question, and I’ve never been asked it,” she said when questioned which of her films she would like to revisit.

Her answer was “My Best Friend’s Wedding,” where she starred as a food writer named Jules who is in love with her best friend, Michael (Dermot Mulroney), and rushes to tell him before he ties the knot with his girlfriend Kimmy (Cameron Diaz).

In the sequel, the “Erin Brockovich” star noted that because “there are so many people” in the first movie, she would want “to see what they’re doing and how Kimmy and Michael’s marriage is going.”

A caller then asked Roberts who she believed Michael should have ended up with.

Roberts appeared on “Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen” Thursday. Bravo

“Well, I mean, of course, Jules. But he married Kimmy!” she happily replied.

Elsewhere in the interview, she revealed she passed on “You’ve Got Mail,” but got “Steel Magnolias” when Meg Ryan couldn’t do it due to her “When Harry Met Sally” scheduling. (Ryan would end up starring in “You’ve Got Mail” with Tom Hanks.)

Last year, Roberts reflected on the beloved romantic comedy when it reached its 25th anniversary.

“We really got lucky coming together,” she told E! Daily Pop about the “My Best Friend’s Wedding” cast. “None of us knew each other before we made the movie, and we just had a really great chemistry.”

The “Notting Hill” alum added: “It just worked. I mean, we all really liked each other. Dermot and I are still really great friends — we talk all the time. And I think that that is a testament to the beautiful time that we all had making this film together.”

“My Best Friend’s Wedding” grossed almost $300 million in the global box office and scored an Oscar nomination as well as several Golden Globe nods.

The song from the soundtrack, “Say a Little Prayer,” was covered by singer Diana King and hit the Billboard Hot 100 charts.

The cast reunited for a joint interview with Entertainment Weekly in 2019.

“I just thought it was really clever and just funny,” Roberts said at the time. “All the physical comedy I loved.”

She also joked that Jules would likely be a marriage therapist in the present day.
