Wagering with BetMGM
Baltimore Ravens (-165) vs. Jacksonville Jaguars (+140)
The Ravens are in Jacksonville for a matchup against the Jaguars in what will likely be the most exciting game of Week 15.
Both teams have been impressive on offenses and consistently effective on defense. That said, both defenses are a bit overvalued.
The Jags were torn apart by Joe Flacco and the Browns, giving up more than 300 yards through the air to the veteran quarterback.
The Ravens’ defense has been staunch but could be without Kyle Hamilton who has been huge against the pass.
Not to mention, Trevor Lawrence will be back in the lineup for the Jags.
One big factor will be the Ravens’ passing game.
Lamar has missed tight end Mark Andrews, who had six receiving touchdowns and was one of Jackson’s favorite targets in the redzone.
That said, Lamar was without Andrews against the Rams and put together an impressive, game-winning drive in overtime to close out that game. Not to mention, he also had 70 yards on 11 carries.
Betting on the NFL?
This one boils down to the talent at quarterback. Both field generals have been impressive this year and — excusing the brief absence by Lawrence due to injury — have been in peak form lately.
The Ravens come into this one a three-point favorites on the road with a 42.5 point total. It’s already jumped a few points from the opening total and for good reason.
With two stars dueling it out, bet the over here as this one will be exciting down to the wire.
