“Argylle” is still out snooping the competition.
The spy action comedy remained in first place, raking in $1.96 million on Friday, its second in theaters, according to IMDB’s Box Office Mojo.
So far, the flick, which cost $200 million to make, hasn’t been performing as expected, and this weekend is expected to earn just $6.5 million, which is a 60 percent drop from last weekend, according to Collider.
Teenage horror-comedy “Lisa Frankenstein” landed in second, with $1.74 million in sales.
The Post called the movie, which was written by Oscar winner Diablo Cody, “high school monster mush.”
“The Beekeeper” remained in the third spot, making just over $960,000.
The rom-com “Anyone But You,” which was released in December, stayed in fourth place, with a $935,000 take.

On Friday, Sony Pictures released a special edition of the film, starring Glen Powell and Sydney Sweeney, with additional content, timed ahead of Valentine’s Day.
“The Chosen: S4 Episodes 1-3,” which was in second last Friday, moved down to fifth, with just over $850,000 in sales.
