One of the most anticipated collaborations at Ultra Miami 2026 arrived as Martin Garrix and Alesso joined forces for an incredible set, bringing together two of the most recognizable melodic festival sounds of the past decade. Both artists have built massive individual catalogs, and their Ultra appearance offered a chance to see those worlds collide in real time.
The set opened with ‘Voodoo’ (Intro Edit) from Martin Garrix, R3HAB & Skytech, immediately followed by Calvin Harris & Alesso’s ‘Under Control’, setting a tone that leaned heavily into familiar festival anthems while blending both artists’ discographies. Early on, the duo moved into Garrix & Sem Vox ft. Jaimes – ‘Gravity’, layered with elements of Alesso’s ‘Let Me Go’ and ‘Stupidisco’, before shifting into Garrix & MOTi ft. Jenny Wahlström – ‘Virus (How About Now)’.
Throughout the performance, the pair alternated between signature releases and mashups that have become staples in large festival sets. Garrix’s ‘Animals’ appeared alongside Alesso & Sentinel’s ‘Upside Down’, while a sequence combining ‘Party’, ‘Carry You’, and ‘I Wanna Know’ highlighted how naturally the two catalogs overlap.
Later in the set, the energy moved through a series of melodic highlights including ‘Only You vs. Heroes’, ‘Pressure (Alesso Remix)’, and Garrix’s ‘Wizard’ alongside ‘Lions In The Wild’. Additional moments included ‘City of Dreams’, a mashup of ‘Calling’ with ‘Scared To Be Lonely’, and Alesso & Pendulum’s ‘Fade’.
The closing stretch brought together some of the duo’s more recent and collaborative material, including Garrix & DubVision ft. Jaimes – ‘Empty’, Garrix & Mesto – ‘Limitless’, and Garrix & Matisse & Sadko ft. BARBZ – ‘Butterflies’, before landing on Garrix & Alesso ft. Shaun Farrugia – ‘Inside Our Hearts’.
