Chargers-Cowboys fan fights erupt all over SoFi Stadium

Booze, brawls, and bumbling idiots: The story of the 2023 NFL season.

More nonsensical fighting occurred during Monday’s Cowboys-Chargers game, featuring at least a dozen fans slipping, sliding and throwing wild haymakers at each other.

The largest fight occurred in the concourse area, near the concessions and exit, where at least four fans were on the ground.

It appeared spilled beverages were adding a slippery component to the fight.

One fan wearing a dark blue Trevon Diggs No. 7 jersey was seen slipping on some liquid, getting up and running across the area over to another fight, before being tackled.

The fight appeared to also ruin a stand that was selling pink flags for breast cancer awareness.

During the game in the stands, another fight broke out when a Chargers fan was thrown down several rows of bleachers.

When he finally stopped rolling down the bleachers, a Cowboys fan began wailing on the defenseless spectator with several punches in the face while fans yelled for him to stop.

One fan even threw his beer can at the violent offender, who was wearing a No. 88 Cowboys jersey.

But not before this fan was badly hurt, unable to stand on his own after the attack.

Security, of course, is always going to be overmatched with these random group brawls.

SoFi Stadium holds 70,000 fans and plenty of Cowboys supporters were in attendance for the road game.

But Los Angeles has some of the strictest fan rules in all of professional sports.

There is very small amounts of tailgating permitted at SoFi Stadium, in what they call the “Pink Zone,” for parking only.

If you are not tailgating in that zone, which you need a specific parking pass to do, fans must immediately enter the stadium; you cannot loiter in vehicles.

For the National Championship game between TCU and Georgia at SoFi Stadium, there was no tailgating allowed at all, and RVs were not allowed to park there.

The same goes for Dodgers Stadium, where fans are not allowed to tailgate before baseball games under any circumstances.

There has been a new fight just about every week in the NFL.

The most tragic one involved Patriots fan and father of two, Dan Mooney, 52, who died after a scuffle with Dolphins fans at Gillette Stadium.

The police are seeking three men in connection to the incident.
