Belgian techno powerhouse Charlotte de Witte brought an unforgettable free daytime rave to Amsterdam Dance Event 2025, celebrating her forthcoming self-titled album Charlotte de Witte, due for release on November 7 via KNTXT.
Taking place on Friday, October 24, the show unfolded at SugarFactory Halfweg, marking the venue’s first-ever rave. Presented by Awakenings and Bud Netherlands, the event ran from 4 PM to 8 PM and quickly sold out within hours after registration opened on Friday, October 10 at 10 AM CEST.
The exclusive gathering gave fans a first taste of unreleased tracks from de Witte’s upcoming album while immersing them in her signature blend of driving techno and melodic intensity. Beyond the music, the event also marked a symbolic new chapter for both de Witte and Awakenings, positioning SugarFactory as a rising cultural landmark within the Dutch electronic scene.
The performance forms part of Awakenings’ eight-event ADE series, which features some of the biggest names in techno across multiple Amsterdam venues. With de Witte’s growing legacy and KNTXT’s continued expansion, this free daytime experience is shaping up to be one of ADE 2025’s most anticipated moments. Tickets unfortunately were sold-out, however, if you’d like to look for more information, see here.
