Aaron Rodgers isn’t the only Swiftie in his family.
Jordan Rodgers, the younger brother of the star Jets quarterback, tried to shoot his shot with Taylor Swift during his college days as Vanderbilt’s quarterback, leaving the pop star tickets to the Commodores’ home games in Nashville.
“She lived two blocks away from the stadium. No, she never showed up,” Rodgers, 35, recently told Us Weekly when discussing Swift’s budding romance with Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce.
“So I shot my shot back in the day.”
Rodgers played at Vanderbilt from 2010-12 before signing with the Jacksonville Jaguars in 2013 as an undrafted free agent.
He briefly spent time with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Miami Dolphins as well.
Though Rodgers is still a fan of Swift’s, he has since found his forever love in JoJo Fletcher, whom he met on “The Bachelorette” in 2016 before getting engaged the same year.
They tied the knot last May.
“Jordan’s a bigger Swiftie than I am,” Fletcher, 32, shared with Us Weekly.
Jordan went to Swift’s early shows before she performed in sold-out arenas.
“I was going to her concerts when she was playing in front of 200 people in the middle of nowhere, Northern California when I was in high school, I have the picture to prove it. I met her afterward — [she had her] crimped hair, first album. That’s me, I’m a Swiftie,” he recalled.
It’s certainly an exciting time for Swift.
Not only is she celebrating this week’s release of the “Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour” concert film, but her burgeoning relationship with Kelce, 34, appears to be going full-steam ahead.
The Grammy winner, 33, is planning to attend Kelce’s game on Thursday at Arrowhead Stadium, where the Chiefs will host the Denver Broncos, according to TMZ.
It will be Swift’s third game in four weeks.
She first caught Kelce in action on Sept. 24, taking in the Chiefs’ Week 3 win over the Chicago Bears in an Arrowhead Stadium suite with his mom, Donna.
The following week, Swift and her A-List friends — including Blake Lively and husband Ryan Reynolds — watched Kansas City top the New York Jets at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey.
Kelce is questionable for Thursday after shaking off an injury scare during the Chiefs’ Week 5 victory over the Minnesota Vikings, a game Swift did not attend.
“Thursday Night Football” between the Chiefs and Broncos gets underway at 8:15 p.m. ET.
