Kim Kardashian will follow her “American Horror Story” gig by starring in her own “sexy” scripted legal drama.
Kardashian, who played cutthroat publicist Siobhan Corbyn in Ryan Murphy’s FX series “American Horror Story: Delicate” — starring Emma Roberts — is reteaming with Murphy for “a high-end, glossy and sexy adult procedural” that will premiere on Hulu, according to Deadline.
In the series, Kardashian will play the most successful divorce lawyer in LA who owns an all-female law firm.
The series will be written by Jon Robin Baitz (“Brothers & Sisters”) and Joe Baken. Baitz wrote Murphy’s upcoming series, “Feud: Capote vs. The Swans.”
The Kardashian project is targeting a date in late 2024 to start production in order to have the series ready to premiere in early 2025, according to the report.
Hulu is also home to Kardashian’s reality series “The Kardashians,” which launched in 2022 as the network’s biggest series premiere.
Murphy pitched the series to Kardashian and to her mother, Kris Jenner, who immediately jumped at the idea, according to Deadline. Jenner, 68, will executive produce.
Murphy gave Lady Gaga her first big acting break when she starred in “American Horror Story: Hotel” in 2015 (the series’ fifth season on FX), for which she won a Golden Globe.
Kardashian will also star in the Netflix female-driven comedy movie “The Fifth Wheel,” which she will shoot before starting her Hulu show.
Prior to “AHS: Delicate,” she appeared in a multi-episode arc of Lifetime’s “Drop Dead Diva” and voiced a role in two “PAW Patrol” movies.
