The Jaguars’ WAGs had a wild time at their luncheon ahead of the 2023 NFL season.
Marissa Lawrence, who is married to Jacksonville quarterback Trevor Lawrence, recently hosted a tea party for the significant others of fellow Jaguars players, which ended with lots of laughs and twerking, according to a TikTok video posted by Krystal Robertson-Harrison, the wife of defensive end Roy Robertson-Harris.
In the video, Marissa is seen behind the wheel of an SUV while Ozzy Ozkan, who’s engaged to Jaguars wideout Christian Kirk, is dancing in the front seat.
Meanwhile, some of the other women were standing around, laughing and filming the scene on their phones.
Krystal wrote: “When they wonder how we bagged our NFL husbands,” over the video.
“We got them by acting like complete psychopaths,” she wrote in her caption, along with the hashtag, “NFL wives.”
Marina Eddy, who is dating Jaguars wide receiver and return specialist Jamal Agnew, was seen waving her white stilettos in the air while capturing Ozkan’s twerking.
Elsewhere, Alexandra Sanders, the girlfriend of Jacksonville defensive end Adam Gotsis, doubled over as she laughed near the vehicle.
The other women can be heard cheering outside the Jacksonville Beach venue, where Marissa hosted the luncheon.
The tea party, which was themed “Let’s ParTEA,” was in celebration of the 2023 season and as a way for the women to bond.
Jaguars WAGs dressed up in elegant gowns with bright colors and accessorized with laces gloves and oversized hats.
They mingled, sipped mimosas and enjoyed extravagant desserts, courtesy of Kimberly’s Cakery, a Florida-based business, according to photos shared by some of the women on Instagram.
The significant others of Jaguars players aren’t the only NFL WAGs who kicked off the season in style.
Jilly Anais — who is dating Cleveland Browns quarterback Deshaun Watson — recently hosted the “Ladies Kickoff Luncheon” for the partners of Browns players at Fahrenheit-Cleveland.
Marissa, who tied the knot with the Clemson alum in April 2021, works for an event planning company, so it’s no surprise the tea party went over well with her guests.
She and the other WAGs are game-day staples, especially at home, where they usually take in the action from a private suite at EverBank Stadium in Jacksonville.
The Jaguars open the season Sunday against the Colts in Indianapolis.
