Nina Agdal has had enough of Dillon Danis’ trolling all over social media.
The model — who got engaged to YouTuber-turned-boxer, Logan Paul in July — is suing Danis and filed for a restraining order against the MMA star over his social media posts about her, according to court documents filed Wednesday and obtained by TMZ.
Agdal, 31, claims in the lawsuit that Danis has posted “despicable” things about her more than 250 times since his fight with Paul was announced earlier this summer — which she said caused her to suffer “humiliation, emotional distress, and reputational harm.”
The former Victoria’s Secret model also alleged that one post Danis, which was shared Aug. 11, violated federal and state law.
That post, according to the court documents, featured a sexually explicit image of Agdal that was taken from “a romantic encounter” she had with someone more than 10 years ago.
“Danis posted the photograph — entirely uncensored — from his X (Twitter) account, without Plaintiff’s consent,” Agdal stated in the lawsuit, according to the Daily Mail. “Later that day, Danis reposted the explicit photograph in order to maximize the number of views it would receive.”
Agdal claims Danis only agreed to delete the image after Misfits Boxing — the promotion responsible for the Paul-Danis fight, scheduled for Oct. 14 — threatened to cancel the bout unless he removed it from his social media.
The lawsuit also states that Agdal was upset over other posts by Danis, including an Aug. 28 tweet which she said showed a video of her discussing “her desire for intimacy during a period of celibacy” that was from more than six years ago.
Agdal asked for unspecified damages in the lawsuit — however, she is seeking no less than $150,000 per violation of the federal law prohibiting the sharing of intimate images.
The model also asked a judge to prohibit Danis from posting sexually explicit images of her going forward.
As for Danis?
He has said his posts are helping promote his upcoming fight with Paul.
Danis responded to Agdal’s lawsuit on X on Wednesday.
“Nina Adgel has filed a massive lawsuit against me,” he wrote. “She filed a restraining order against me and is seeking prison time, so the fight is in jeopardy if I’m in jail.
“This is actually wild but I won’t stop f–k the system come get me. Logan Paul is a dead man walking.”
In a separate tweet, Danis wrote: “I will provide more details when I can, but because it’s a federal case, I can’t at this time.”
He added of Agdal: “P.S. f–k that h-e.”
Adgal did not discuss Danis missing the fight in her lawsuit, nor did she ask for prison time for the MMA fighter, according to TMZ.
