The Over/Under for New Orleans and Carolina has dropped several points since the opener, as both are coming off low-scoring games in Week 1.
The Saints held the Titans out of the end zone in a 16-15 home victory as Tennessee kicked five field goals.
New Orleans knocked down three field goals and picked up its only touchdown late in the third quarter on a Derek Carr scoring strike to wide receiver Rashid Shaheed.
Saints vs. Panthers prediction
(7:15 p.m. ET., ESPN)
It was a less-than-impressive debut for top-pick Bryce Young as the rookie was intercepted twice in a 24-10 defeat at Atlanta.
The only bright spot for the Panthers was their defense, which limited Atlanta to 221 yards of offense.
But Carolina’s offense mustered just three points in the second half.
These NFC South rivals have played a nice string of low-scoring games recently as the Under is 5-0 of late in the series.
The Saints managed to score 21 points in their last two games at Bank of America Stadium, while getting blanked for the first three quarters in last year’s 22-14 setback in Charlotte.
New Orleans is riding a 9-1 Under run dating back to last season, while the Panthers are 5-3 to the Under in their past eight home contests.
Betting on the NFL?
Both these defenses are solid and seeing how Young will need some time to adjust to the NFL, the Under in this Monday night game is worth a strong look.
THE PLAY: Saints-Panthers Under 39.5 (-105, FanDuel)
