‘Selling Sunset’ Season 7 premiere date set: What to know

“Selling Sunset” is coming back.

The hit Netflix show’s Season 7 will open on Nov. 3.

The Realtors of the Oppenheim Group will return for an 11-episode season, in which they move into a new office and, of course, continue to have drama and showdowns while they work in the high-stakes luxury real estate market.

Jason Oppenheim will continue to lead the office, with agents Chrishell Stause, Bre Tiesi, Mary Fitzgerald, Nicole Young, Emma Hernan, Chelsea Lazkani and Amanza Smith all returning.

Here’s what you need to know before Season 7 premieres.

Cast member Heather Rae El Moussa has stated that she did not receive the call to return to the show after she took maternity leave following her new baby with husband Tarek El Moussa. She told E! News in March, “Season 7 is filming right now, but I’ve been off maternity leave and I’ve been excited to get back to work and so far I have not been called back.”

Tiesi said she is “devastated to lose” her friend from the show.

“I absolutely adore Heather,” Tiesi, 32, told E! News. “I’m very sad to hear that she is not going to be as big a part [of the show] … We got really close.”

Meanwhile, other cast members had plenty of drama and fights that will carry into Season 7.

Rivalry

Newcomer Nicole Young and Chrishell Stause established a feud in Season 6.

Young alleged that Stause took credit for some listings that Young had sold on her own. She also claimed their boss Jason — whom both women have dated in the past — let Stause get away with it.

In response, Stause slammed Young on her Instagram Story, calling her “fake.”

Later in the season, the agents took a trip to Palm Springs, California, to try and mend their quarrel, but it ended with Stause accusing Young of being a “crackhead.”

Falling out

Mary Fitzgerald and Jason — who have also dated — had  an argument in Season 6 when he left her in charge of a project so that he could go on vacation with his new girlfriend. Then he scolded Fitzgerald for not getting enough done.

“There’s been so much going on. I’m doing my best. I’m trying to help you so you can be off in Europe for weeks and weeks and weeks,” she said.

She also asked him to help dispel the tension between Young and Stause, and when he refused, she slammed him as a “d–k.”

Personal struggles

Meanwhile, Amanza Smith had unresolved health problems in the past season. “There’s a wide array of things that it could be, and then the one thing that we pray and hope that it’s not,” she said, adding that “cancer” is among them. After filming wrapped, she revealed that she had been diagnosed in early June with osteomyelitis, a rare and potentially life-threatening bone infection that was attacking her lower vertebrae. She underwent two surgeries on her lower spine and spent 31 days in the hospital.

Showdown

Chelsea Lazkani and Tiesi butted heads throughout Season 6.

Lazkani was caught gossiping about Tiesi’s relationship with Nick Cannon — who has 12 children, including Legendary Love with Tiesi.

“I find Nick Cannon and Bre’s relationship rather off-putting,” Lazkani said on the show, calling Cannon a “master manipulator.” Referring to his children with different women, she said, “Creating multiple broken homes is disgusting.”

El Moussa asked if Tiesi thinks she can ever have a friendship with Lazkani, and she replied, “No, I’m done. Bitch, bye.”

As for the next batch of episodes? “They work hard and play harder, as they compete with the cutthroat LA market … and each other,” the synopsis reads.

Season 7 will premiere Nov. 3 on Netflix.
