Sophie Turner is suing her estranged husband Joe Jonas to allow for their two young kids to return to her “forever home” in England, court papers filed in Manhattan on Thursday show.
The estranged couple’s children — aged 3 and 1 — are being wrongfully retained in New York City, the lawsuit alleges.
It comes after Jonas filed for divorce earlier this month after four years of marriage.
Sophie’s lawyer and Jonas’ rep both didn’t immediately return requests for comment Thursday.
