Their latest public release was delivered to a limited audience, available only to fans who ordered a vinyl copy of The Weeknd’s most recent album, Hurry Up Tomorrow, and were allowed to listen to their new collaboration. The track, Closing Night, thus served as a curious production, with fans of both artists hoping for a larger release one day.
While still not available on traditional streaming services, Closing Night has now been released via YouTube. The beautifully anthemic single features a massive layer of synths and pads as The Weeknd croons over the production.
