It’s touchdowns and caviar bumps for Taylor Swift, y’all.
Jason Kelce, the tea-spilling elder brother to Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce, seemingly confirmed the rumored romance between his baby bro and the confessional Sagittarius star during a recent radio interview.
The news comes a week after Travis expressed his confidence that Swift would “like his mustache” during a podcast appearance.
Dios mio.
The pair were first linked in the hearts and minds of fans when Kelce admitted he tried — and failed — to give Swift his phone number via a homemade friendship bracelet (cute) after a Kansas City “Eras Tour” show in July.
Getting a jump on cuffing season and a discount on monogrammed T&T (dynamite) towels, the two reportedly spent some time “hanging out” in NYC — celeb speak for some combination of adult slumber parties, coffee runs, following each other on Instagram and evading the paparazzi.
Travis Kelce dating history
Kelce, whose on-again, off-again relationship with broadcaster Kayla Nicole ended in 2022, recently outlined his relationship nonnegotiables which included a kind heart and a low-maintenance way of being.
Trav is 1-for-2 there, as Swift is charitable to animals and generous to friends — but also the most famous person on planet Earth, a station that requires (gasp) tireless maintenance.
Taylor Swift breakup
Fresh off a breakup with sweet, eyes like weather, hair like wheat Pisces angel Joe Alwyn this winter, Swift was linked to problematic Aries frontman Matt Healy of The 1975. The two fire signs extinguished their fling in June.
Recovered from that rebound (let us pray), it seems our girl, for whom relationships are grist for the song mill, is back at it with a pro ball player.
What does the star soup taste like for this pair of millennial moonbeams? Read on to learn more.
Shooting her shot with the sign of the scales
Born unto us on Dec. 13, 1989, Swift is an optimism against all odds Sagittarius sun with a “you can run but I will find you” Cancer moon, a weirder the better Aquarius Venus and a built to love and capitalize on loss, watch your back, vengeance as cardio Scorpio Mars.
Conversely, Kelce, born Oct. 5, 1989, is a charm-your-pants-off Libra sun with a “let the good times roll” Sagittarius moon, a sex with/in the shadows Scorpio Venus and a pause before progress Libra Mars.
In terms of sun sign compatibility, Libra and Sagittarius are ruled by Venus and Jupiter, and love and luck are into some serious heavy petting in this pairing. There is effortless, expansive energy at play with an emphasis on play itself.
Sag wants to have a good time all of the time, and Libra was born for leisure. Both are vested in learning, sex-ploration, levity, noncommittal relationships and immersive experiences.
These two will likely never run out of wine to drink, museums to visit, s–t to talk, caviar to lick or hotel rooms in which to luxuriate.
Elementally speaking, air feeds fire — and Kelce is a natural hype man for Swift’s power pyre.
Kelce’s birth time is not listed online, but we can posit that, to a varying degree, his moon forms a conjunction with Swift’s sun in Sagittarius. This aspect bodes well for a couple, as it suggests a complementary yin/yang energy. The sun and moon are natural partners to one another — and that bond is reflected in this conjunction.
Here, day meets night, the unconscious tangos with the conscious, the inner child plays hopscotch with the aspirational adult, etc. The sun person (Swift) will feel emotionally supported by the moon person (Kelce), and the moon will be awed/inspired by the actualized light of the sun.
There is an innate comfort here and a feeling of coming home to and within the other person. Can’t you just smell the snickerdoodles baking and the lowercase lyrics being written folks? We love to see it.
Problems arise in this dynamic if/when the moon person begins to feel stifled by or resentful of their role as a supporting character in the movie of the sun person’s life. This is heightened by the people-pleasing qualities of Kelce’s Libra sun.
TBH, folks, there are crueler fates than being the plus-one and hot dude muse to Miss Americana. But Libras like Kelce are here to learn the finer points of partnership and establish boundaries and balance within them, meaning he is poised to experience a mess of personal growth through this relationship, win or lose.
On the upswing, this conjunction/hold-my-purse/watch-me-work dynamic is a real boon to Swift, whose Cancer moon can easily creep into caretaking/martyr/self-sacrifice on the altar of love territory.
Kelce’s sun, representing the self, in Libra squares Swift’s Neptune, planet of dreams and creation, in Capricorn. This aspect suggests a real soul-melding, high-vibe, nearly telepathic connection that encourages these two to build an idyllic, confectionary nest together high above and spirited away from the rest of the maddening world. Think unicorn role-play, binge-watching surrealist films and black-out curtains followed by a hard-hitting hangover when they are eventually forced to resume their lives away from one another amid the cold, hard ground of reality.
Indeed, this is a partnership vested in fantasy rather than practicality — but who can fault these millennial moonbeams for wanting to fly high, entwined in the land of the imagination? Not me, folks.
Mars and Venus in cahoots = sex and power, orgasms and material gains
Kelce’s Venus (the planet of love) is conjunct Swift’s Mars (the planet of getting it on and getting it done) in Scorpio. When love and lust are linked, the attraction is immediate — and the benefit is mutual.
Drive and desire are braided here with pleasure and power being amplified and a greater emphasis on enjoying life. The Mars person (Swift) is likely the pursuer of the Venus with lots of potential for secret hookups and masked sex.
Hot, hot, hot!

Apropos of this intrigue, a TikTok user has gained traction with her conspiracy theory that argues the romance between Swift and Kelce is a long-game plot by the artist (and Eagles fan) to sabotage Kelce’s chances of Super Bowl glory.
It’s unhinged — but, then again, Swift’s Mars is in Scorpio, so any manner of dubious plotting is possible.
Will it last?
When it comes to discerning zodiac compatibility, I don’t bet against love or doom any hopefuls to romantic ruin. The wisdom of Shel Silverstein’s “The Mustn’ts,” in this and all other situations proves apt here:
“Listen to Mustn’ts, child, listen to the Don’ts.
Listen to the Shouldn’ts, the Impossibles, the Won’ts.
Listen to the Never Haves, then listen close to me.
Anything can happen, child, Anything can be.”
Indeed, anything can happen and anything can be. Here’s hoping the ride is sweet — and everyone scores.
