Livian, a real estate platform for expansion teams, appointed Thadious “Thad” Fisher as senior vice president of revenue, the company announced on Monday.
In this new role, Fisher will uncover new growth strategies and sales processes, and expand Livian’s market center teams. He’ll also help agents boost their production.
“I’m thrilled and honored to join Livian, where we are incredibly focused on our mission to partner with the most talented teams in the country, vastly elevating production and optimizing the full spectrum of their businesses,” Fisher said in a statement.
Prior to joining Livian, Fisher was vice president of global growth at eXp Realty. There, he led expansion efforts across more than 20 foreign markets. Previously, he was also vice president of global development at Anywhere Real Estate and a senior business advisor at Zillow.
“Thad brings a wealth of experience and expertise to propel our organization to new heights,” Adam Hergenrother, CEO of Livian, said in a statement. “His dedication to understanding the needs of our agents will be a driving force behind our customer-focused initiatives.”
Previously called Hergenrother Realty Group, Livian launched in 2021 in partnership with Keller Williams.
Livian has 67 real estate teams in 31 states, with more than 790 real estate agents nationwide, according to a news release.
