76ers’ Kelly Oubre crashed Lamborghini hours after loss to Knicks

Kelly Oubre Jr. was involved in a car accident after the 76ers’ Game 2 loss to the Knicks on Monday night, TMZ confirmed with the Philadelphia Police Department.

Oubre’s 2021 purple matte Lamborghini “disregarded a red traffic signal” and hit a 2023 Hyundai Elantra at 1:45 a.m. Tuesday, and both vehicles were towed away from the scene due to damage, police said.

No injuries were reported, and the other driver was not identified in TMZ’s report.

The Sixers told the outlet they were aware of the incident.

Oubre, 28, has yet to address the accident publicly.

The crash occurred hours after the Sixers’ 104-101 loss to the Knicks at Madison Square Garden, which put them in an 0-2 hole as the series shifts to Philadelphia.

It came five months after Oubre was a pedestrian struck by a vehicle in Center City, Philadelphia.

The Sixers host the Knicks Thursday at 7:30 p.m. ET, and Oubre is expected to be available, according to TMZ.

He finished with four points, two rebounds and three assists in Game 2.
