Keep calm and carry on.
Tori Spelling, 50, shared a cryptic quote to her Instagram story on Friday after her estranged husband, Dean McDermott, 56, was spotted holding hands with another woman in Los Angeles earlier this week.
“The calmer you are, the clearer you think, move with strategy not with emotions,” the “Beverly Hills, 90210” alum posted to her account.
The Post has contacted reps for Spelling and McDermott for comment.
McDermott and Lily Calo were photographed walking into Los Angeles County’s Department of Public Social Services on Tuesday.
It’s unknown when the pair got together, but they were first photographed together in public last week while working on a project at their workplace, Conscious Community Global, where Calo works as a senior account executive, according to her LinkedIn.
Spelling and McDermott were the subject of years of breakup rumors before McDermott announced in June they would be ending their 17-year marriage.
“It’s with great sadness and a very very heavy heart that after 18 years together and 5 amazing children, that @torispelling and I have decided to go our separate ways, and start a new journey of our own,” he wrote in a since-deleted post on Instagram — on which, oddly, his bio still reads: “Married to the love of my life @ToriSpelling.”
McDermott’s breakup post added, “We will continue to work together as loving parents and guide and love our children through this difficult time.”
The announcement reportedly blindsided the “Saved By the Bell” actress.
Life has been anything but glamorous for Spelling and McDermott since the split.
Spelling is allegedly struggling financially, having moved into a hotel and later an RV with the pair’s five kids — Liam, 16, Stella, 15, Hattie, who turns 12 next week, Finn, 11, and Beau, 6 — after discovering toxic mold in their home.
However, McDermott stayed in the house until about June.
At the moment, McDermott is reportedly living in a five-bedroom rental home in the San Fernando Valley with four roommates.
