Something’s been building. Skrillex is launching CONTRA, a platform designed around one idea: put the right artists in the same room and see what happens.
The first edition takes Kraftwerk for the weekend. May 30 and 31, alongside Tresor, Globus, and OHM, in partnership with Berlin Atonal. 70+ artists. Two nights inside one of the most charged spaces in music.
The program doesn’t have a clean genre. It moves through club, experimental, live performance, and the edges where those stop making sense as separate things. Bladee, Ecco2K, Blawan, Juliana Huxtable, Crystallmess, BNYX, Malibu, Nick León, Tohji & Mechatok, Varg²™, KAVARI, ISOxo, Knock2, Isabella Lovestory, Nai Barghouti, Flowdan, Slikback, Batu, JASSS, Toma Kami, Bill Kouligas, Slim Soledad — and more.
Paris studio Matière Noire is handling the environmental design, breaking Kraftwerk’s scale into something that actually feels human. Industrial space, rewired.
This is the opening statement. CONTRA is built to keep moving, connecting sounds, artists, and audiences that don’t usually share the same air. Kraftwerk is where it starts.
